| Does Amnesty even know that that was not a conventional war, where the enemy uses humans as shields in order to get them killed? Therefore, being an unconventional war the rules of conventional war crimes do not apply. Also, Amnesty is assuming that Israel deliberately aimed to kill innocent civilians instead of assuming that they resulted from error or from the use of human shields. Clearly, they are bent on making antisemitic assumptions, which is at the heart of their modus operandi. |
