It is apalling to read that the Chief Rabbi of The IDF would have the chutzpah to say to female soldiers that women should not serve in the IDF. The insensitivity shown to women who are going out of their way to serve their country in such an unselfish way, is shocking. As a Jew who believes in equality, I would strongly support releasing any clergy member in the IDF whose words discourage anyone from serving, and especially someone who puts devalues those that are already serving. What a shandah!!!!
