| Justine Effort Maybe Haaretz should have told you that Captain R an Arab Druze who commanded an Israeli Givati brigade was acquitted because the Advocacy proved to the court: 1. That some of the testimonies were based on a lies of soldiers that wanted to bring to Captain R`s dismissal. 2. That there were factual mistakes made by the interrogators. 3. That the text written according to the Army Radio system was more then sloppy. Mrs. Ilana Dayan whom had done an ``investigative`` reporting for one of the Israeli television Channels in her well known program UVDA, showed her audience in 2004, edited videotapes, and for reasons unknown entered a scene of a machine-gun said to be from the actual incident, but really had noting to do with the event at all. Those edited falsified videotapes captured the world audience. After the court acquitted Captain R, Mrs. Ilana Dayan said that the machine-gun SCENE was really NOT related to the event! |
