| It is strange that the court would be concerned about one instance of an IDF soldier shooting a captive Palestinian civilian with a rubber bullet and not be in the least concerned about hundreds of IDF soldiers shooting hundreds of captive Palestinian civilians with real bullets and bombs. It is true that they have a little more ability to move around In Gaza, but other than this, the cases are very similar. |
