As supporters of Israel tirelessly point out on here, Greece will tend to favour Greeks in deciding who can immigrate into Greece, and France and Britain etc. will do the same with French and Brits, so why shouldn`t the nation state of the Jews do the same with Jews?
On one level, that`s fair enough, but because of Pals and Israeli Arabs, it just ain`t that simple. A British anaology would be something like, Celts in Wales and Scotland bring in Americans of Welsh and Scottish descent to help kick out of Britain most English of Anglo-Saxon descent. They then declare Britain the Celtic homeland and prevent English refugees and their children returning while saying that anybody of Celtic descent, no matter how long ago their ancestors left Britain, can have Brit citizenship. Those few English left in the country are discriminated against. Now would that be fair, or racist? |
