If the mere fact that it was rumoured that he had served in the IDF was enough to get him to cancel the visit, does anyone think that if he had really served in Israel he would have even considered for a second going to perform in Beirut in the first place? We have enough trouble with the few Mia/Pows we have to deal with now. No way in hell would any IDF vet risk going to perform in Beirut. (Drug deals in northern Europe are another thing entirely it turns out, but that is for a different talkback - and that idiot should have been left to rot) |
