Elmaleh was born in Marocco in 1971 and moved to a Canadaian university in 1978. In 1992, he went to Paris for studying drama. Three years later, he started his first one man show. And since then, he pursuited his carreer, and there are no "suspicious" gaps in this CV. So, when should this guy have had time to serve in the IDF? I understand the sensitivities of many Lebanese who have been subject to all those invasions by Israel, which of course makes them opposed to the presence of any former IDF soldier in their land. But they should apply some common sense here, and see that they quite probably fell for a falsified picture in this case. And Elmaleh certainly is too inteligent to go to the cedar state with the purpose of spreading pro Israeli propaganda there. Quite to the contrary, his multinational background is in itself a great argument for tolerance. So, all the outrage seems to be simply a propaganda stunt by Hezbollah. That`s pathetic |
