There`s no legal base for this. And why does the ministry of Defense make this decision in the first place? This has to be subject to negotiations between the government of Israel, and the PA. Period.
And it`s disturbing to see that once gain it`s Barak who puts about another obstacle against a peaceful solution of the situation. This guy is really ruining the Labor party with his dictatorial decisions who aren`t in line with the party base. There can`t be any comeback for Labor with this horrible leader at the helm. |
