| The so-called Museum of Tolerance would be a bad idea even if it were not being built over a cemetery. The last thing Jerusalem needs is a bloated, ugly, unnecessary ego-trip edifice constructed to aggrandize an organization that has little reason to exist in the first place, and raises millions from unsuspecting dupes for no real purpose except to perpetuate itself. This money could be put to vastly better use other than to deprive Jerusalem of valuable space and add another blot on the holy city`s skyline. The arabs interred on this lot are not the only ones who will be turning in their graves. Surely Simon Wiesenthal will be turning in his as well, knowing that his good name was used to build a grand edifice filled with hot air. |
