| I note in the article that Robert Serry says there is no difference between settlements and outposts within the legal framework of the fourth Geneva convention - somewhat of an understatement when anyone who has ever read article 49 of the said convention knows that annexation of occupied territory by the occupying power is illegal under International Law! |
