| Unfortunately, Harry, Aaron Katz was not a wonderful father, let alone a good husband. For nearly two decades already, he has been leaving a trail of ruin and pain behind him, first in Sweden (as Swedish Jew attests), then in Berlin, while his wife and children remained alone in Eretz Israel. (He did send them money; or at least he said he did as he was defrauding Berliners.) The amazing thing about this article is that Haaretz could fall for giving this guy cheap publicity without doing any checking. To suggest that everybody harbors the same baggage this guy shlepps around goes beyond cynicism. Thank goodness, people generally meet with much more success than Aaron Katz does in combatting their rotten impulses. |
