| You are 100%. The race relations Act covers ALL schools and other businesses. If a private school said we only accept blond haired blue eyed children they would be breaking the law. The complication with the Act is that Jews requested to be covered against anti-Semitism and are therefore defined as an ethnic minority for the purposes of the Act. |
