The judges are, of course, correct in their judgement. They should, however, go much further and close all so-called faith schools in this country.
If you`re an employer you can`t say `I won`t accept Jews or Catholics or Muslims`. Yet it is legal for schools to do that, and still get subsidies from the UK taxpayer! Unbelievable and outrageous.
Religion should have no role in schools, particularly not schools that receive public money.
If parents wish to expose their children to religion, they can do it in their homes and in their own time and at their own expense. |
