| Secular Israeli`s complain about religion being involved with the state. Here we have the State, a secular court, making a religious decision! A secular court decided what the right standards for religious kosher supervision are????? Now you know why the charedim keep mehadrin supervision. There is no "right" to a kashrus certificate.
