| the notion to limit to extra stories may be too cute for Washington-which has a 10 story limit on buildings in the nation`s capitol and is well aware that the difference between a building with three stories and six is pretty big, even if the building is exactly where it was--accept a freeze (maybe temporary) or not, but Washington probably doesn`t want to go down the rabbit hole of judging if this apartment on this story on this building, say, partially remodeled, fits the criteria. |
