Jerusalem is home to about a quarter of a million Arabs. As the article notes, only eighteen building permits were issued to this population in 2008. In other words, it is illegal for Arabs to build houses. Effectively, the policy to this point has been that the (Jewish controlled) municipality may always knock down an Arab`s house. And this is what you support.
