| This is normal in Israeli dealings with the Palestinians. Make an offer so late in your term, the recipients of the offer have no time to mull it over and reject or accept. Barak pulled the same stunt with Arafat. If you recall, barak was getting his ass kicked at home by Sharon, so he made a so called "went further than any PM BLAH BLAH " last minute offer and high tailed it back to Israel. ou need to do a little more research before claiming it is all the fault of the Palestinians.
