There is nothing in international law against settling occupied territory, period. It`s a canard that has lasted way too long. Google [text fourth geneva convention] and read the actual document, especially articles 47, 49, and 147.
Never mind that the Arabs settled the Land of Israel against the will of the Jewish people, and persecuted the Jews so severely that most chose to live under European Christian rule. That`s OK. But Jews simply living in their ancient homeland - as affirmed by the Quran, 5:21 and 17:1-8 & 104 (!) - that the Arab settlers can`t tolerate. |
