| After consulting the Palestinians, maybe Mitchell should agree, but not for 3 months, but until a treaty defining the Border between Israel and Palestine is ratified by both sides. Bibi would then have an incentive to negotiate, just to get Shas and Likud off his back about construction. O` course, they might not be thrilled about Border negotiations. |
