| `Israel, Egypt negotiate terms of new Gaza truce` I suppose it`s an improvement; usually Israel negotiates with the Americans on what the terms should be with the Palestinians. At least Egypt`s geographically closer to the other party in this case. Still, it`d be surreal if we all did this. America negotiates with Spain regarding what the terms of her fisheries agreement with Canada should be. I hammer out a deal with my neighbor on what kind of refinancing deal the bank will offer me. |
