No -- Israel`s intelligence services are pretty damned good. Of course, lately they have been facing recruitment problems...the Arabs are definitely cleaning up their act.
However, I don`t think there`s any serious intent to discover information about Arad here -- Israel wouldn`t risk ten million dollars if they thought useful information was likely to be forthcoming.
Probably the intent is (a) to be `doing something,` and (b) to identify potentially useful recruits. `Sorry, we can`t use this...but here`s a thousand. Can you tell us anything else?` |
