| Mr.Ahmadinejad has by alone through this latest speech given us all a bit of insight into todays Iran. On one hand, deep division amongst the clergy. Then domestic affairs has taken its toll. The economy is in deep recession. Unemployment has risen, so has inflation and above all, the future generation of the educated are not willing to compromise with the current state of affairs. By attacking Mr.Obama or the West is a ploy, that has become headlines in the Iranian Press. Mr.Ahmadinejad, desperately needs to show his people the he is not their enemy. For that reason, I have stated in past posts, that this new face regime will become far more hostile to the West. It will become even more difficult to engage, even though Mr.Ahmadinejad has yet to follow his North Korean colleague in threatening a shower of nuclear missiles. For the moment, may I suggest that nobody even takes notice of this puppet populist. Good day. |
