The fundamental rules don`t change. West Bank Palestinians dislike Gazan`s and in both places, one day you are Fatah and the next you are Hamas.
Remember the concern about the CIA training Fatah forces in Gaza? Don`t worry they said, Fatah will be strong enough to handle Hamas. The same is happening in the West Bank and the US is again training Fatah forces.
The temporary tactic taken by Palestinians of looking united in order to push Israel to the wall is aided by the naivety and careless attitude of those in Europe and Washington.
