Moshe Yulee Levy the owner of big plantation in Florida started the firs communal settlement (yes the FIRST KIBBUTZ) to bring in the Jewsfrom Eastern Europe. With all his efforts and hopes and moneys that him and the Great Benjamin, Mordcai Emanuel Noah, the Communal entreprise never took off; however Moshe Levy did save hundreds if not thousand of European Jews from death.
