| and "settlement expansion" must stop for the next phase of the peace process to proceed. This Israeli government had agreed to the terms of the Road Map and such is the Israeli obligation if there`s a genuine interest in beginning peace talks with President Abbas. The PA has made progress apparently with regards to the security measures in the West Bank. Construction freeze in the settlements should be adhered to while negotiating the boundaries for the two states is undertaken. If not, then it`s fair to attribute both Barak and Netanyahu as provoking unease about their intentions. |
