Argue that Settlements must not only stand, but expand. The presence of Settlements means the need for Security Fences and Private Roads. These will divide Palestine into a number of enclaves without communications. Not hard for Mr. Netanyahu. It is a strategy which will work. Settlements = endless occupation, and endless occupation = no Palestine. The kind of mathematics and logic guaranteed to warm the heart of any Likudnik.
