Your Hebrew National meat is probably produced in NY or NJ, in which case the local hygiene inspectors will operate in addition to the Kashruth supervisor. The same applies probably to Jerusalem. Here in London roaches have been found in hospital [non-Kosher] food. You don`t have to be a rabbi to notice roaches in the kitchen. When I visit the Knesset I will bring homemade sandwiches.
