| Sadaam Hussein was the most evil leader of out time, commiting genocide by poison gas against his own people. Ignoring Mugabe as being just senile, the "Dear Leader" of North Korea comes in second, since he kills his own citizens by starvation vice poison gas. The "Supreme Leader" of Iran comes in a distant third, since he kills the spirit of his citizens, and only rarely kills or tortures their bodies. Lots of candidates for fourth place, the Bush`s identification of the Axis of Evil in 2002 still holds true. |
