| What confusion, Mr. US Pal Defender!! At the time of the Balfour Declaration the British Mandate of Palestine included what is now Jordan. This (2/3 of "Palestine") was handed over to the Hashemites. The 1947 UN Partitian split the remaining part into a "Jewish state" and an "Arab state". Unfortunateley Jordan grabbed the Arab part and the Pals lost out. Why didn`t the Pals say "YES" to this fantastic offer ????? |
