| It`s very sad. He was serious, I have to say," Erekat said. This sounds sincere and touching...almost reaching an agreement.. a real desire for a solution. He (Erekat) said that he and Abbas began preparing a response, but within a few months the Gaza war erupted, and Olmert had left office. A FEW MONTHS...precious months...delay..rockets. violence and WAR! Notice that Erekat does not even think that the war came to kill the offer (as i am sure Natali D. and others might think). This is sad. And would Hamas and the Gazans have played ball? Did they know about this as they continued to shell the Negev? And can it still happen? |
