| Israel,(bypassing the Pals and non-moderate Arabs who have rejected three plus offers of a state) could ask the US, EU, Egypt and Saudi to declare a fair border between the two and make Palestine east and palestine west. Establish a freeway between the two. Israel would control the borders between Egypt and Jordan for a period of 7 yrs to insure only police arms to enter, no military arms, but everything else flows thru. The Israelis and Pals would guard each side of their borders with free movement between the two, just as other countries do today with passports. People on each side of the border would have one year to move to the state they want to live in or become a resident of that state. The refugees would have to return to Gaza or the WB. Jerusalem would become an open city for anyone who wants to live there and each side could have there Cap there. Poof, you have peace w/o an agreement. Theres only one problem: The Pals are requiring that Palestine be free of all Jews. |
