According to the Israel Supreme Court, Givat Hadagan and Givat Hatamar fall withing the Efrat municipal boundaries and cannot be classified as "outposts" since they are within the borders of an existing town. The Givat Hadagan issue was before the courts some 14 years ago, so on what criteria did Burston or Ha`aretz make this decision?
With such a blatant errors, I have serious doubts as to the accuracy of this list, which appears to be more of a repetition of either a Palestinian list or a Peace Now list. And both those bodies are obviously suspect due to their inherent bias. |
