| I`ve seen it so many times in israeli bureaucracy. Unlike in modern western democracies where a govt official is required to deliver an impartial service, israeli aparatchiks are given a virtually free hand to push their personal agendas and political beliefs with impunity - and it`s up to the victim to prove that he is in the right. This poor woman will face a very difficult uphill struggle to get justice. |
