If she`s Israeli, as te article says, then she`s Israeli and that`s it, she benefits from whatever service all Israelis benefit from.
Or she`s an Arab, what I can guess from the tone of the article, then she doesn`t deserve child support etc., cuz you know, she`s not Jewish and after all, Israel is a Jewish state.
Or I suppose this is what many think.
Once and for all, Israel is a Jewish, yes, but also democratic state, and if a person is Israeli then there should be absolutely no distinction made based on faith or whatever. |
