does citizenship include "birthright" or is it only granted by religious affiliation?
and while we`re on the subject, i can assume from your remarks, that the "settlers" then are citizens of the pa, since they reside in undisputed palestinian territory...right? and by all rights then, they are subject to the laws of the pa, and are NOT entitled to ANY benefits from the state of israel...right?
luckily for them, the palestinians have a tendency towards "secularism"...
