Obama is right, in not intervening in the Iranian internal rift. However, Obama`s foreign policy will not come out well from this.
If the opposition in Iran is crushed, it will be very difficult for Obama to open a dialogue with Iran. Let alone, Iran will not concede a inch in its atomic program.
In that case Israel will not concede an inch in the territories, and it will be very difficult for the United States to make Israel comply, when its new foreign approach is falling apart.

There are limits to what Obama can do.
