| This past week, the age-old civilization of Iran fell on it`s sword. It`s a story of power and intrigue. Fear and what the fall of theocratic illusions are made of. It can only be called..... Backstabbing in the House of Khamenei. What`s most gruesome is that this occurred under the watchful eye of the world. With grainy videos and i-phone snap-shots. Incredibly, most world media scrambled to keep-up. But the Machiavellian story will stand the test of time, anyway. With characters like an aging Ayatollah and his little illegitimate tyrant. The Cleric-titan Khatami or the shrewd cagy-wolf.... Rafsanjani. Like any good story, there`s the wronged silver prince.... Mir Mousavi. And for good measure, throw in the green-clad crowd of the Iranian youth.... screaming eternal freedom. The final narrative will need more time to unfold..... with blood and guts to follow. |
