| ... Cement and Iron will first be used to build stronger, deeper rat holes for Haniyeh and Meshaal to hide in the next time they provoke the need for discipline. Once the rats feel safe, cement and iron will go to strengthen the armament tunnels. Eventually, I suppose, some materials might get used legitimately but it will be a long time.
