You feed the Palestinians and provide resources? I am not trying to put across view here. Only fact that I know from being a researcher in the west bank. 115% of the annual output of the Bethlehem aquifier is taken from under Bethlehem by Israel and used to fuel Jerusalem. 85% of Jerusalem`s water comes from Bethlehem. Some of it is pumped back into the west bank to settlements and to the Palestinians. The Palestinians have to pay 4 times the price of the Jerusalem Israelis and 3 times the price of the west bank settlers for what was their water. Oxfam, the norwegian government, and the UNDP have all tried on multiple occassions to build Power stations and sewage plants on the west bank. They have been forbidden by the Israeli government. In fact the bits they did get up were instantly issued demolition orders and were bulldozed down. In hebron in 2004. IDF turned up in large numbers with trucks full of concrete which they tipped down communities wells.
