| This is not a mockery of democracy but how democracy works in countries where there are more parties than just two, and no one of them has the majority of seats in the parliament. If the winner is not able to form a coalition government it may easily stay outside the government, and the runner-up will take it all. But it is so easy that I guess you already knew, an intelligent woman than you are. |
