of Israel thinking it reached an agreement which the other side will in time to come deny? Because this article is very vague isn`t it? I hope the US government doesn`t really fall for the "we`ve already started preparations which cannot be stopped" argument. It would be stopped immediately if it was unwanted palestinian building!
