Not exactly, Bibi is talking about a demilitarized Palestinian state in two cantons: 93% of the West Bank in one contiguous chunk and 100% of the Gaza Strip. It will have a flag and an anthem, but its border will not be the Green Line, its sovereignty will be limited to suzerainty, and Ramallah will remain its capital.
If you want to "freeze" the Arab Ultimatum (Saudi Initiative), then that`s fine with me; it was DOA anyway. If you don`t recognize Israel as a predominately Jewish state, then you will remain a stateless, occupied entity until you do. If you start Intifada III, then you will lose at a rate of 10 to 1 or worse and your brethren in the Arab League will not lift a finger to help you militarily this time either.
