The party with the most votes here CHOSE not to enter the coalition, and probably most of their voters agree with that decision.
In Iran, the supreme leader chooses who wins. One man. Thats it. Great system if you are that man or his cronies. If you are not, then most likely you want his head on a pike for letting your own economy sink while you shower Hezballah, Hamas, Syria, with arms and cash.
