Israel has a real problem. After casting Ahmedinijad as the boogieman for so long as a means to beat the drum of war.
It looks like Mir Hossein Mousavi is going to win the elections, and obviously we in the West quite like him, and are prepared to do business with him. Particularly with oil increasing to over $71 a barrel.
So all of a sudden it is announced that the new guy on the block having previously being involved in government was on a committee which decided to buy centrifuges for enrichment. Hardly an unusual event.
Meanwhile Peres remains President of Israel. Anyone like to comment on his role in Israel`s nuclear activities?
BtW Iran is not in breach of the IAEA agreements by enriching Uranium for it`s peaceful civilian nuclear power programme. It might be upsetting Israel but even Obama is just calling for verification that Iran is not weaponising it`s nuclear know how.
Iran has denied doing so, and to date no-one has been able to prove otherwise. |
