| When Israel felt the time was right it withdrew from Gaza, giving the PA a chance to govern. When the time is right Israel will make necessary adjustments in the West Bank. With Hamas ruling Gaza and Hizbollah a major force in Lebanon, Israel must be cautious about handing over more `Land for Terror`. At the same time Israel must increase PA autonomy under IDF security. |
