Conditions to agreements are worthless. Once Israel agrees that the Road Map is still relevant and agrees to a Palestinian State the world will demand that and will not recognize Israel`s conditions. Before Israel agrees to Palestinian State they must reach an agreement as to the definition of such state. When the Palestinians say state they mean one thing and Israel is talking about something completely different. Once Israel agrees to a State, the Palestinian they will be held to the Palestinian and the world definition of state.
