| i don`t know how it would work in the israeli legal system, but there was an idea (originally proposed by meir kahane) to form a second jewish state in judea and sumaria. if israel relinquishes sovereignity and hands it over to the the local jews (well armed of course) then obama mya have no way of pressuring them to surrrender land to the palestinian arabs. furthermore, the state of judea would have a very free hand in fighting back against the palestinians since america can not really do anything to them (also the supreme court would have no power over them). |
