| Typically the Israel/Jew bashers writing here talk about the "Palestinian Tragedy" equating it with the Holocaust.To compare the 2 not only ignores history but is a subtle attempt to minimize the Holocaust & what it was:a state policy to murder an entire people.Israeli security measures (the fence, checkpoints,etc)& retaliation for terrorist bombs & rockets don`t even vaguely equate to a state plan of genocide.As for the Holocaust being solely a European creation,those Arab aopolgists need to recall the actions of the Grand Mufti in actively supporting Hitler,the all Muslim Bosnian SS units & the refusal to allow fleeing Jews the chance to enter Palestine as their contribution to the death of 6 million.As to who is to blame for "Palestinian suffering",why not add the Arab nations & League which did not create a Palestinian state in Gaza & the West Bank prior to 67 & used them to deflect their domestic critics.Remember Jordan annexed the west bank & did not create a Palestinian state. |
