| "I think it`s customary to have a capital that is in the same country. Jerusalem is not in Israel." (wibism) I meant West-Jerusalem, the non-occupied part (see #8). If that too is not our capital, then so be it. We have been the first in many things. We are now also the first in having a capital-less country. |
