What are Israel`s choices?
1. Confront Obama and continue the settelement enterprise regardless of the consequences which could be sever.
2. Accept the road map conditions and stop the settelement expansions and a 2 state solution and live in peace happily ever after.
3. Accept the road map conditions, stop the settlement expansions until the Americans have bigger things to worry about. For every 3 "illegal" settelements, the government will distroy one which will get rebuilt while the government is destroying the second, in the mean time the 3rd and 4h become cities.
4. Accept the road map and enter into an endless maze of negotiations until Obama leaves office. The has been the modus operandi for all Israeli governments when pressure is applied. Can it work with the Obama administration who is bent on resolving the conflict once and for all? He seems to be already 5 steps ahead of any diversionary tactics and had surrounded himself with those who are way too familiar with it. |
